Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of competence, motivation, work environment and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa. This study uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces concepts. The results showed that the quality of teacher competence at SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa, Mamasa Regency. (1). SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa already has a Teacher Competency Standard that is Mandatory in the Digital Age and needs to be maintained and if possible needs to be improved. (2). Efforts to increase teacher motivation are by participating in informal education through training (3). The work environment ranging from infrastructure, comfort, facilities have been prepared by the school, but what is of concern is that the noisy environment interferes with the learning process. (4). The performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa is good because the implementation and assessment of teacher performance can be accounted for.Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis Kualitas kompetensi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan konsep- konsep. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Bahawa, kualitas kompetensi guru pada SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa Kabupaten Mamasa. (1). SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa sudah memiliki Standar Kompetensi Guru yang Wajib Dimiliki di Era Digital dan perluh dipertahankan dan kalau memungkinkan perluh ditingkatkan. (2). Upaya dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru yaitu dengan mengikuti Pendidikan informal melalui pelatihan (3). Lingkungan kerja mulai dari prasarana, Kenyamanan, Fasilitas sudah disiapkan oleh sekolah namun yang menjadi perhatian adalah lingkungan yang selaluh bising mengganggu proses pembelajaran. (4). Kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa sudah baik oleh karena pelaksanaan dan penilaian kinerja guru dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
