Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Service Quality, Advertising and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty of Bank Bukopin in Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The method that used is survey method by using the Questionnaire. The analysis tool that used is multiple linear regressions. The obtained results stated that Customer Loyalty of Bank Bukopin in Setiabudi, South Jakarta is not affected by Quality of Service but affected by Advertisement and Brand Image. The factors that have the biggest impact on Customer Loyalty are Advertisement factor.
